Booking Rates Explained

Our standard rates scale with group size and peak hours. Weekdays before five afternoon run at a lower per-person rate than Friday evenings and weekends. Whole-group flat rates are available when you book an entire room for private events. Solo participants pay a single-player adjustment fee added to the baseline admission.

Per-Person Versus Group

Individual tickets work well for smaller parties joining an open slot. You pay precisely for each seat reserved in the room. Whole-group flat rates apply when one organiser pays for the entire room capacity at once. This option locks in the space for your private team without external participants joining your session.

Peak And Off-Peak

Weekend slots and weekday evenings draw higher demand across our schedule. Those peak periods carry a standard scheduling surcharge per player. Off-peak slots during weekday mornings and early afternoons cost less. Organisers often shift bookings to Tuesday or Wednesday to secure lower rates for larger parties.

What Is Included

Every standard booking includes the full room time, an assigned game host, and all prop usage during the session. Parking validation for the parkade is also included with your admission ticket. Extra fees apply for corporate invoice processing, custom digital debrief reports, and merchandise purchases made at the front desk.

Scores rely on total remaining seconds plus puzzle completion percentage recorded by the central server. The public ladder updates after every finished booking based on raw team efficiency. Penalties for hint requests deduct three minutes from the final clock time automatically. Groups review their breakdown on lobby monitors once doors open. Rankings reset seasonally to keep competition open for returning local teams.
